How to Have Counterpoint Chamber Choir Perform for You

What we can do

St. Mary's Christmas Concert 08/12/2019Counterpoint Chamber Choir welcomes enquiries for the engagement of the choir to perform for many different activities and events.

We have performed on numerous occasions for local organisations as the major act in fund-raising concerts, and for special occasions to celebrate major milestones and events. Counterpoint will perform at corporate functions, charity and fund-raising events, community entertainment events, parties, significant celebrations and memorial events.  While predominantly our performances are based around our full ensemble, we are amenable to different requirements, so talk to us if you have a particular idea in mind, and we will do all we can to assist you with a successful presentation.

How to Book

The booking process is simple and is best preceded by contact with our Bookings Coordinator: Gordon Sauber: and/or, the completion of a Booking Expression of Interest form.

  • Print Version (for download, completion by hand, and returned by email as an attachment or post)
  • Interactive Version (for completion on computer, saved, and returned by email as an attachment or print and post)

The most important aspects of an enquiry are proposed date(s) and the type/style of performance you desire.  Lead time is crucial so the earlier we are contacted, the more likely we will be able to provide what you are seeking.

Once we receive the initial enquiry, we will get in touch with you and also assess our availability for the proposed date(s).

When the basic requirements are finalised, we will confirm the booking, and allocate a member to be our liaison with you or your representative. They will finalise the various requirements we will have, and how we can provide what you are looking for to make your activity the best possible.
